So what's this new website all about, anyway?

After about 4 1/2 years of having the same basic website, I decided I wanted to change it up a bit. The previous site was built more as a simple online portfolio for my professional work. It served its purpose well.

Then I felt the need to have an online outlet for my own thoughts, to share stuff about me and some of the neat things I've found online. "SiteB" was supposed to take care of that, but it was just more of the same and never got done. MySpace & Facebook just weren't enough, either.

So I decided to redo the whole thing. And seeing as I'm turning 30 this year... gasp... I decided to get a bit reflective, over my life and my career. The big photo collage in my living room provided the inspiration, as well as the decision to ignore the "status quo" as far as website nav goes. Like it or not, this is my website, it represents me well, and I couldn't be happier.
